So my WSOP account was recently hacked via facebook & all 750mil chips were-

Missing when i recovered the facebook & got on... I found a help button which..

Directed me to "submit a ticket" where i wrote to the customer service team...

My first attempt was were i explained a whole bunch of crap for about an hour &

The response i got was "we currently do not replace any chips lost bugs .......

And the ticket was marked as resolved. So i submit a whole new one and explain

all over again what happened ... the 2nd response was .. " you'r account was ..

banned for violating terms & shiit / we cannot discuss the suspension" - OK ..

obviously I'ts an automated reply system since my account is working

perfectly fine..:eek:

First dont swear read fourm rules. Second try emailing them 2 times first will be auto second will be some one :)

It doesn't matter how many times or what you write to them, It's always going to be an automated reply thats irrelevent ...

I submited a fake ticket typing "asdhaushdhusad" under account problems & the reply was "thanks for submiting a bug .. And

I should try refreshing the page" .. and the replys are made so people will think it's an actual person typing it named Jimmy

It doesn't matter how many times or what you write to them, It's always going to be an automated reply thats irrelevent ...

Samething happend to me had an account over a year and couple days ago i got banned for no reason and i get same msg everytime

LoL ..yeah that bot is name is jimmy they should hire humans to go through the reports not some computer.

Is there anybody else you can contact about this problem so you dont have to go through zendesk? i have videos of my account recording the whole video screen and winning and shows that i didn't violate the terms of services but i still get ban.

I already put up a post complaining about this same problem a week ago. The post stayed up until monday and then i guess someone was scared and they totally erased my whole thread. Ive had an account problem for a month now and they haven't done a damn thing about it. These people don't care about their customers they are just cashing a paycheck and ripping everyone off.

Please send all tech issues with your account to the support team at support.playdom.com. They can look into your account from there.
