medicine waggon stopped working

I finished the campsite quests, the girl became available on the main estate and coincidentally, one of the two medicine waggons stopped working. No tool sign above it, hovering still displays "ready to craft" but nothing happens when i click on it.

Any idea what's happening folks ?

This also happened to me - yesterday. But I have not completed the campsite quest yet. I have moved the wagon around, etc - but cannot get the window to open to craft anything. I built a second wagon and it works okay so far.
