Game locks up my computer which leads to a kill page

I been playing this game for a few days now and love it. There is three issues i have with it though.

One is when i play and need to have friends help with buildings i can not ask friends for help from my current neighbor list or ask any facebook friends with out it not allowing me to hit the send request button and also my computer ends up crashing so i have to reload the game. Not happy and need help fixing this issue. I play alot of facebook games and this does not happen with these games just this one. Please help!!

Second, there is no daily visit reward...every game has one on facebook

lastly getting lamps to explore fog is harder then i thought, maybe u should be giving them away more.

Please help with my issue #1 def and others were just opinons more then issues, thank you love the game

I can send gifts and leave gifts at visits by the way...just cant request friends help..ugggg

1.) Try submitting a support ticket, if you don't know how there is a guide below in my signature.

2.) Some players have it, others don't Just be patient and you will get it soon.

3.) Sometimes you get lanterns at the beginning of new quests. But a lot of people do want more ways to achieve them.

Hi Stephanie- in addition to Wild Ones' info...
You can craft oil in your work houses. Be sure to have the maximum number of work houses and medicine wagons. Craft/grow the ingredients needed to craft the large batches of oil while you play, then set the game up to craft the oil while you are away at school/work/bed. When you come back, you'll have several oil waiting for you to explore. I am allowed 3 work houses and 2 medicine wagons, so I have 9 oil waiting for me when I log in. With my schedule, I can do this 2x each day, for 18 oil.

My strategy is to wait on accepting gifts so that my stardust is low enough that I have to "ask" friends before I start crafting each time. I send out a couple of requests- rapid fire, THEN accept only enough stardust to complete my task at hand. That way I can always send out request(s), then accept what I need from my stash of stardust gifts without having to wait for my friends to respond to my requests. It helps to have tons of friends from https://www.facebook.com/groups/GhostsofMistwood/ group and https://www.facebook.com/groups/STARDUSTADDICTS/ group who play daily.

I also have a field of crops (sage & thyme) that I have watered by not collected. I harvest these after I've cleared debris. I can start my work houses going then, replant and water my field using whatever helpers I have available. That helps with having enough ingredients on hand.
