Difference between two accounts?*@!!!!

I have two accounts and am playing GoM on both of them.... started the same day. In one account, I have no problem sending/receiving gifts, no limit of "ONE GIFT" per friend per day.... and when making a large batch of fuel, uses 8 stardust along with the other ingredients. Even the price of purchasing fuel with gold is cheaper... I was able to purchase a 50 pack for 60 bars of gold. However, on my OTHER account, I am restricted to "ONE GIFT" per friend per day.... making a large batch of fuel requires 15 stardust and 10 owl feathers (the other one only requires 4); and to purchase a 50 pack of fuel costs 170 gold!!! What's going on?? I submitted a help ticket on this last week and have YET to hear a reply.
Is anyone else having this issue??

Not everyone has the same gift limits, prices on gold, etc. I don't know why, but not everyone has the same exact everything sorry to say.
