The skirt part is lovely, I'm not sure I like the top. I won't be buying it since I don't like it that much.

Love the skirt, am less sure about the top part. I'll sleep on it a day or two before I decide. (It would go well with the necklace/shoes from the Phosphorescent Accents gala.)
