I love this game, but it is getting very hard to enjoy and to play. Why is so incredibly difficult to get safari hats and permits? When all of us suggest making these things easier- you go and make even more difficult to expand. I can not get past the first chapter in fish week as I can not get the reputation due to not being able to expand or upgrade my habitats. I get that you need money and are a business, but to do the opposite of what your customers are asking? Honestly, that is horrible customer service and so not up to Disney standards of guest service. Could you please make it possible to gift hats and permits? I am a loyal player and was never even given the option for getting assist from others to get permits. Please look at what we are all requesting. In order to want to play a game, a player needs to feel like it is fun and that we have a chance to get somewhere. I hate having to store all my plants and animals. What fun is it to have a preserve when I can not even enjoy what I buy? The animal limit needs to change and it needs to be easier to expand. It is time for the developers to demonstrate some good guest service and make it possible for us to enjoy the game. As it is, I had become so frustrated, I did stop playing for a bit. Thank you.
