Special Weapons Drops - Where are they (please document - i.e. Power of 4)

I just hapened to chance across the fact that you receive the "Power of 4" weapon from playing the War Machine Premium module.

I have no idea where to get the Goblin Glider, but I would hope that it's in the Spiderman Premium module (someone please confirm if I'm correct).

If people can help post which chapters are supposed to yield which cool weapons, I'll pull them all together into a table so that people know where to look for the cool stuff...

Right now, I'm just taking what I get, when I get it... but if I knew that something cool was available, I'd replay certain missions more often.
