View Full Version : Traveling Time

Just some feedback about this traveling time aspect in quest mode. Come on... seriously? This adds nothing to the game from a strategic/story standpoint. There's absolutely no reason why we should have to wait long periods while they travel. To me, it just seems a way to try and milk gold. I love just about everything else about this game and do purchase gold; however, this just makes me shake my head. It's ridiculous and unnecessary.
EDIT: btw, I wrote this while waiting the 2 minutes to travel..

It never been more than a minute for me... not too big of a deal really

It's 2 minutes later on.
And it's funny how it costs like $5 to "Automatically travel". I rather just wait 2 minutes.. LOL
Everything is so overpriced. I wouldn't even buy it for 1 gold. Forget about 50.

Agreed, it's not a big deal.. but it just struck me as so ridiculous.. and this is the area for feedback.. and I had 2 minutes to kill ;)

I think the travelling time should only be there if you are in a guild like world - like Galaxy 2.0 or that Monster backyard game. No sense to put it in story/quest mode, but does make sense to put it in the pvp part of the game.
Another reason why its pointless in story/quest mode; your character can get from one end of the map to his/her home city in a minute or less, why does the few troops you send off take MUCH MUCH longer than that? Is there a "slomo spell" cast on the troops? Is your character an the rest of his/her offensive army taking monster energy drinks that literally give them wings? Think about it. Remove it for story/quest mode. Period.
